WHAT WILL THE NEW WORLD LOOK LIKE?

THE NEW WORLD WILL BE ABOUT THINGS THAT MATTER MOST LIKE RELATIONSHIPS, OUR HOMES, CREATIVITY, SELF RELIANCE AND INDEPENDENCE

We will slow down and spend more quality time with our loved ones at home. Most will be doing more entertaining at our homes, whether it is a backyard bbq with friends or a small wine tasting social or even a kid’s play date. It will be an important time to clean, beautify and refresh our surroundings.

We are about to enter the most innovative period in all history. People have lots of time to think and reflect on their lives and also time to innovate and come up with inexpensive and creative ideas for their homes and also their personal wellness.

Coronavirus will change the world permanently. The global virus is keeping us contained at home. There will be a revived appreciation for simple home improvements. Outdoor life’s other simple pleasures such as flower and vegetable gardens that were previously ignored, will be revived and appreciated.

TRACKING SELF IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS DURING "STAY AT HOME" PERIOD

Many of us are working from home and this is a perfect opportunity for a quick inexpensive makeover that could keep you busy and at the same time add value to your home.

DIY Home improvement ideas

Here are some tips from a couple who have been in the home improvement business for many years.

Here are just a few ideas:

  1. Paint your outdated kitchen cabinets
  2. Paint your bedroom walls a new, fresh color
  3. Create and paint a decorative design on an accent wall
  4. Stencil a pattern on your old and outdated floors
  5. Refresh your laundry area with a bright and cheerful wallpaper or artwork
  6. Paint a canvas art piece for yourself. You don’t have to be an artist

One of the major materials used for most of the above projects is tape.

As a homeowner and inventor of the TapeTool, Bob found that there was a need for a tool to help the novice and professional when doing any masking prep for painting. The TapeTool is a hands free, lightweight, inexpensive tool to help hold, carry and dispense your tape in an easy and safe manner, especially when climbing a ladder.

Clip it on to your belt or pocket and have it with you while doing your projects.

Don’t put your roll of tape down and forget where you put it.
